What can I say about Big Big Train that I haven’t said before? This album took a little while to grow on me but by the time I saw it live I was in love with its humongous, over-egged pomposity! They do it all with such passion, excitement and amazing musicianship. Essential.

It's a showcase of the sheer range of the band's talent. That applies both between songs and within songs. Take how Riverman evolves. Compare the opening two tracks. "Side 1" is six separate tracks, "Side 2" is one 28 minute track. That's range. It's also incredibly good music! Maybe a live album? Maybe another new album? But, please, soon :).
